This is done through administrative, political, or judicial tools relevant to each case. In addition, this area coordinates and carries out the appropriate management of denunciations, requests for support, etc., that are handled from this space.
Area of Documentation
This area investigates and documents alleged human rights violations (of the subjects prioritized by Frayba), and it also facilitates timely access to pertinent information at an institutional level to allow the prevention or end to human rights violations and irreparable damages. In addition, it defines long-term intervention strategies and presses for restitution of rights.

Area of Solidarity Promotion
This is the area responsible for the monitoring of actors and of effects of the armed conflict, through diverse instruments of documentation, and through accompaniment and systematic observation in communities at risk of suffering aggressions and human rights violations because of the armed conflict. This area promotes solidarity with civil society and local processes, in order to analyze the evolution of the conflict and to decide on intervention actions; it also disseminates information on the circumstances that continue the conflict in Chiapas and promotes actions of solidarity with national and international civil organizations.
